In a far-off Kingdom, sadness has overcome the land! A silent enchantment has befallen four villages resulting in the notes C, B, A, and G to be transformed into objects hidden throughout the Kingdom. Join these village on their quest to find the notes, restoring joyous recorder sounds to their Kingdom once again! Designed for young recorder students to demonstrate their knowledge of the notes, C, B, A, and G, this original renaissance-era musical features fun original recorder tunes and a cast comprised of four villages (classes or groups of students), a village leader (student or teacher) and a Jester (adult narrator.) The simple staging and costuming makes this an easy production to put together. Projectable images are included as the set as well as audio accompaniment tracks and sound effects. Your recorder students will love applying their skills in this comedic and exciting musical!
